POSTURE CORRECTOR

Very pleased with this stretcher, absolutely what I need. Cradles my neck very well. Thoughtfully designed because the foam is firm on the sides but softer in the middle where four indentations are. It allows me to spend longer than 5 minutes using it.

I decided to invest in something a bit better to help improve my posture and subsequently back pain. The posture hero fits me properly and is much better quality than what I had previously. I like the stiff section at the back. Still early days but impressed so far.

It’s helping so far

Used this when I had a bout of neck/ shoulder pain, and it definitely worked! I used this the other night on my back when I couldn't quite shift my neck and shoulder pain. I was extremely surprised at how good this worked and how it alleviated my pain. I did the techniques shown on the vague instructions, and to my surprise my pain was drastically reduced when I stood up and manoeuvred around; it sounds weird, but I actually felt taller after using this product. I will definitely continue to use this product, as it clearly has benefitted me. The product itself is constructed from a comfortable material, its comfortable to lay on and it doesn't slid along the floor when you lift your legs or arms. I''m impressed by this neck and shoulder pain instant relief aid.

comfortable! would buy again

I tried this for the first time yesterday for 10 mins and much to my surprise it actually does work. I have a lots of shoulder to neck pain which in turn goes up the side of my neck gives quite bad stress type neck headaches, this is daily for me. After getting up this morning and having a light breakfast I tried it again and it took away the tightness, stress tension I get in my neck once again. The relief lasted a couple of hours but I intend using this regularly now and hopefully over a few weeks it will provide longer term relief. I am so pleased I tried this. If you suffer from neck pain or shoulder and neck pain combined as I do, this product is well worth a try, it is working for me. £23.00 is a bargain if it helps you.

Soooo comfy! Makes your neck and back feel so much better, feel like you get a really comfortable stretch, I really like it

I got the product because my neck is always stiff and my back tends to lock or just settle uncomfortably. I was a little confused at first by the drawing because the instructions say concave and convex sides but their uses in the pictures were opposite. I managed to figure out the long dotted side is the extreme side and the smaller side was the beginning side. So I layed on the ground and put it under my neck, I adjusted my body to be comfortable on the floor. I lifted my knees as suggested in the photos then I Brought my arms up around the top of my head as shown in the instructions. My back immediately cracked three times and I was given an instant sense of release. I layed for about 5 minutes woth it being my first time. I got up and my neck was a little sore because it is quite firm but overall my back and neck are definitely less strained than before and the pains reduced quite a bit also. I fell with progression this product is going to be doing wonders for me. After such an amazing first use how could I not recommend it.
